Refund Policy

•Please be aware that we do not accept RETURNS as everything is made to order according to your specifications.
•REFUNDS are only offered for defective, damaged or lost items (upon investigation by the post office).
•If defective in any way please include a photo with the issue.
•If your package gets lost or fails to show up within 6 weeks since dispatch you can contact me for a refund or replacement.
•Items that have shipped cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order please do this within 2 days of purchase. Estimated shipping and the dispatch date are shown at the time of purchase so if you cannot wait for your order please do not place one.

Package delivered but I have not received it.

•If you receive an email telling you your items has been delivered shortly after dispatch it is most like due to a glitch that as the tracking sometimes gest misinterpreted. This auto corrects itself in a day or two so please check your tracking info as it is not affected by this issue.
•If your package has been delivered according to the tracking please be aware this serves as proof of deliver. If you have not received it please check with another residents at your address, your neighbours and your mail box. If you still can't locate please get in touch with your local post office and give them your tracking number and the time of delivery. They should be able to help you.

Make sure your address on file is correct. You can register multiple addresses on Etsy, so if your order is a gift for someone else select- Ship to a New Address
If you need your order by a specific date, please take into account the processing time + the maximum shipping timeframe first.
Packages are dispatched via registered mail which allows you to track your package online. It will require your signature and a notice will be left for you with instructions on how to claim your package.
For Canada and Australia the tracking number will not be updated until delivered.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES are not refunded, they will be shipped back again and re-shipping costs will incur. "Returns to sender" can take up to 3 months.

How to track my order & incorrect address

You can check the tracking of your order anytime by clicking the "Track Package" button on your Etsy Purchase page. Sometimes this doesn't get updated, but don't worry your package is still moving.
You order can also be tracked on your country's primary postal operator. Tracking does not get updated along the way but only once it reaches the destination country.
Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from it, and we cannot make any corrections once the package has shipped.
The goods can only be re-shipped once they have been safely returned to us, and re-shipping costs will incur. Please note that international "Returns to sender" can take up to 6 months.

JEWELLERY CARE
Avoid water, perfume and chemicals. Store away from heat and direct sunlight. Wood beads and some gemstones are water sensitive.
DOES GOLD FILLED TARNISH?
Many people think that gold and gold filled does not tarnish. This however is not true. Pure gold (24k gold) does not tarnish because it is not alloyed (mixed) with other metals but all other karats of gold are alloyed with other metals and so tarnishing may occur. This is also true of gold filled and sterling silver.
The most common causes of tarnishing are: oxidation, exposure to sulphur, differing body chemistries and exposure to perfume, hairspray, cleaning agents etc. Avoiding these factors and proper storage are the best things you can do to prolong its lifespan.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and offer a 180 days warranty on our items in case of a manufacturing or material defects. This however does not cover natural wear and improper use.
The warranty does not apply to jewellery damaged by misuse, rough handling, exposure to chemicals or water, or intentional damage. If you discover a warranty-covered defect within 180 days of purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us for a free replacement or repair, at our discretion.

When will may order ship and why is estimated shipping so varied?

Thank you for your patience as your order is handmade especially for you! Production time varies and is shown at the time of purchase.
Your receipt tells you exactly when your order will ship.
Orders are shipped out in the order received. If ordering multiple items it can take slightly longer to prepare everything.
Estimated shipping takes into account the processing time (how long I need to make a piece) and the transit times from the minimum to the maximum timeframe. However please be aware this is just an estimate and Business days refer to the weekdays (between Monday to Friday) and do not include public holidays and weekends. Please do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or any national holidays when calculating your shipping time.

Payment

Etsy handles all payment transactions. Sellers do not see your billing information as it is secured with Etsy.

Unclaimed packages.

All orders are dispatched registered with a tracking number. If you are unable to sign for it a notice will be left with instruction on how to claim your package. If left unclaimed it will be sent back to sender. This is a very lengthy process that can take months so please track your package to avoid this happening.
Returned items are not refunded but sent back to the buyer and there will be a reshipping fee.
Please note that packages sent with a courier service will not be returned to sender but destroyed in the destination county.
